    We have multiple facilities and in the healthcare space. The ability for a provider to login to a phone at multiple sites was a simple task with mitel, now with ringcentral this basic function does not exist. setting up a hot desk phone is crazy we have 500 phones across 14 sites, user cover for other sites, providers cover multiple sites on different days especailly the behavior health providers. The ability to login their extension on any phone should be a std feature, the hot desk option just does not work.

    We depend on paging for codes within a healthcare environment, limiting to 25 devices really puts our patients at risk. Any user should be able to pickup a phone and announce any code for every nook and cranny of the that has a phone. This is especially needed in case of fire, or patient stop breathing.

    Being in a medical facility this is critical to alert all staff from any phone of code blue (patient stopped breathing) code red (fire) among many other codes.

    This is especially important when customer selects say a hours or directions, after it plays immediately send them back to menu they came from, our off hours we play a brief message and send them to answering service, playing message 3 times before being sent is poor customer service, especially in HealthCare with a patient having to wait that long to get to talk to someone that could be in a panic.
