    Same behaviour for Cisco 8851, and same workaround. Should not be "broken" out of the box, be default.

    Come on RingCentral, 20 upvotes now, lets have some progress, either make feature available via portal, or stop breaking it with re-syncs. With BT Cloud Work, you get no wallpaper, but also no way to change it.

    It is is frustrating that RingCentral provisioning appears to remove the "Picture Download URL:" field from the "User" tab on the "Voice" section of the "User" level interface for the Cisco CP-8851-3PCC, whilst apparently offering no way of configuring it via Portal. Either make the feature configurable via the Portal OR by the web interface not NEITHER!!!. Does anyone have any kind of work around for this. If I could simply set one image URL (fixed), I can dynamically control the images sent to devices as the download request passes the model, firmware and MAC in the user-agent header.
