Allow Custom Wallpaper on Cisco phones
Branding customization should be easily available. We can easily add wallpaper manually, but when the phone re-syncs, the RC wallpaper returns.

21 votes now. This is a simple fix on your provisioning side, RC! The configuration file just needs to stop overwriting the Screen > Phone Background setting from "Default" to "User Defined". It's really not hard to do, and any engineer who knows the Cisco platform can easily make the template change. We can already get "ScreensaverType" to stay where it is and "TextDisplay" to stay through Rsync.

Come on RingCentral, 20 upvotes now, lets have some progress, either make feature available via portal, or stop breaking it with re-syncs. With BT Cloud Work, you get no wallpaper, but also no way to change it.

we find this very frustrating. we manage about 10 firms and they all ask for this feature.

I agree. I can manually add wallpaper, but it disappears when the phone syncs. Very frustrating.
