    Why this is not already a feature blow my mind. Users dont want to manage voicemails in multiple spots.. If they are sent to email, they can manage and keep the voicemail there if needed.. Now they have to circle back to their voicemail and delete messages there as well as their email.. Seems like a large oversight to me. Simple checkbox to turn this feature on similar to marking a message as read would be a great improvement on this.

    We also have a VVX 450 that would need 2 expansion modules to full support all the presence keys needed. The VVX 450 appears to support up to 2 expansions modules. It would be nice if RingCentral would also support that.

    I have the same problem.
    When i am sending calls to both desk phone and app, the desk phone reject call does not work. I have to reject it on the deskphone and also on my cell phone app and/or desktop app. Gets rather annoying.

    For users that use both a desktop phone and the App, it is a nuisance to have to silence calls multiple times. I should be able to reject the call or answer the call on one device.
