    I would agree that if we are going to have users set up for pickup members on our team, that we should have their work documented in reports etc. Otherwise we would not be able to use the feature, without being able to see what our team is doing regularly.

    This would be really great for our system as well. It looks like I can have pickup members set up for our team, but it's ringing incessantly to them, even when they are on the phone. I would love for it to have an option to not ring to them if they are currently on a call or marked Do Not Disturb during lunches/breaks etc. It may not be useful for us, with the constant interruptions they will get, with the way it's currently working.
