    This also applies to other files shared such as PDFs, larger file size limits would be good.

    A customizable automatic reply would be very handy. Not only to acknowledge their message is received but also for an outside of business hours message.

    It would be very useful to add/edit contacts within the Ring app as sometimes our customers take a new role or get a new phone number assigned that needs to be updated.
