automated sms response to acknowledge received text
We want our customers to know that we received their text message successfully and that we are working to answer them back. Tried building this through the workflow function but was unsuccessful on the company level.

A customizable automatic reply would be very handy. Not only to acknowledge their message is received but also for an outside of business hours message.
