Yes, this is a must feature. I juist switched from MyRepChat, a significantly smaller company than RingCentral, and have been able to MMS with my 800# for over 2 years with them, only to find out RingCentral does not support MMS.
I'm guessing it's certainly suppoerted with your competitors, and your only hurting your own customers businesses, so someone needs to escalate this ASAP!

Hi yes, great new feature of Instant Voice Reply but it would be nice if we could customize that pre-canned messages to select beforehand instead of instantly when a call comes in.
Eduardo - theres already a thread out there with 44 votes since 2020. Instead of starting new thread, comment on that one so someone at RC can see how valuable this is.
