    I need the calls that go through Ring Central and end up forwarding to my cell phone to be identifiable. I need to know it's from RC, not a personal call. This is absolutely critical.

    Ideally, the call would come through and display the regular caller ID or the contact ID, AND have some sort of logo/pic/identifier that indicates it is being forwarded from RC. Adding extra numbers doesn't work very well.

    I agree, my outgoing fax cover sheet does not auto-populate with MY "from" phone number, despite adjusting all the fax settings properly.
