This is very important to us due to some unknown change that support cannot identify where the sites used to reflect the spoofed number that was setup during migration. The sites used to reflect the spoofed number so it was reflected when applying the site in a template. That has since been changed at an unknown point. I just noticed it today when working with templates. I was informed by support that they could only do the caller ID substitute and it had to applied per user. This had been working for months but they can't figure it out.
