An error occurred while saving the comment Michele commentedcalls do not stay in park long enough, only ring back to the person who put them in park so no one else can pick up if person who parked is on another call or conferenecing with someone and then the call drops instead of going to back to park (preferred) or even voicemal

If the person who parked the call is consulting with someone, especially away from their desk and the parked call only rings back to them, they cannot pick it back up and the call disconnects which is poor customer service. It should ring back to the call group so someone else can pick it up to let the customer know the person will be with them shortly or will call them back shortly.
