I see this has not been updated since last year, but it should be updated.
We, too, would like to, at the very least, simply have blocked calls transferred to voicemail instead of them knowing they have been blocked. It's less offensive.

We need the ability to customize Outbound Caller ID on an individual User basis, such as being able to display the Users Name as outbound caller ID or even No Name. Currently you can only set Caller ID NAME as the Site overall caller ID NAME and that is very limiting.
