    Hello Dears,

    We need to add this feature to the system , we are facing the same issue many times daily and we try to change the sleep mode to be never and we let the RC tabs always active but the issue still not resolved , we need your support ASAP.

    Hello Dears,

    Can we add a feature to add the nick name or the Alias to be appear when the agent need to choose from which number they can use from Ring Ex , like on the attached we need to be appear the first number for Kobe Gray CDR or PLG and so on not to appear as Primary number
