An error occurred while saving the comment Elliott commentedCX also does not give you the ability to attached the voicemail either like EX does. Sending only a link to an external server that does not work for us. When we click that link we are prompted to log in several times. If I am sending voicemail to a group email, I should have the ability to attach the actual voicemail.

Its not just the desktop app, it happens with physical phones as well. We ONLY use physical phones and do not use the app other than to log into queues on the EX side or send these call (calls coming to the phone even though i am engaged on another call) to voicemail. if a call comes in on CX, it will NOT go to voicemail regardless, only EX calls.
