    We want to grant Managers and QA Team to access Call Logs and Call Recordings for their respective team members, so they can review them. Additionally, they should not have the ability to download or share these logs and recordings outside of the RingCentral portal.

    We do not want to provide Super Admin access to users. We only want to grant Managers and QA Team to access Call Logs and Call Recordings for their respective team members, so they can review them. Additionally, they should not have the ability to download or share these logs and recordings outside of the RingCentral portal.
