Roles by Department
Would like to suggest a way to have different roles for users for a specific department. For example, if Steve oversees a department of 3 people then we can give Steve Super Admin rights just for those three people as opposed to all users.

We do not want to provide Super Admin access to users. We only want to grant Managers and QA Team to access Call Logs and Call Recordings for their respective team members, so they can review them. Additionally, they should not have the ability to download or share these logs and recordings outside of the RingCentral portal.
