    It is very important for Admins to have access to employee's text messages to monitor professionalism and monitor for request if an employee is out sick or out for the day.

    Very Important to be added when using a desk phone. A lot of us don't answer calls on a headset and only on a desk phone and sometimes we misunderstand callers or they speak too fast and it would be very helpful to have the live transcript to improve the flow of a successful call.
