Administrator be able to see all users text messages
an admin to see all user text messages in the system. Not just when they sent or received a text but the content of the text.

How is this not an option? I run an MSP and need to see all communication to and from our customers. Not just the logs, I need to see the communication between them / the actual SMS/Text's on the Desktop APP (LIVE) as they are doing this. I also need this for when they are out of office and I have 2FA from their accounts as well.

It is very important for Admins to have access to employee's text messages to monitor professionalism and monitor for request if an employee is out sick or out for the day.

I see the beta for this https://gamechanging.dev/exporter/, but the csv that gets exported does not have the display name of the contact record if it was saved.

yes i need to have access to the text message to effectively report facts.

We recently added the text feature and notice we can see a report of how many messages are going out and the phone number the actual message that goes out and is received is not there. We would like to monitor what our staff is sending and what the guest is replying.
