This is critical for our company. I had no idea this was not an option when I signed up for RingCentral, and because of the SMS registration, was unable to test the texting feature during the trial period. Unfortunately, now I've spent a lot of time setting up the system, and it looks like it may not work for us now, and I'll need to start shopping other providers. We are a veterinary medical office and all users need to be able to see the messages. This seems like a relatively simple feature. I am very surprised it isn't already in place, as the inexpensive phone providers with significantly less complex settings offer it.
