Allow all users to use texting system with the company phone number. This idea is useful because clients can send a text directly to the person how is responsible for that request.

This is critical for our company. I had no idea this was not an option when I signed up for RingCentral, and because of the SMS registration, was unable to test the texting feature during the trial period. Unfortunately, now I've spent a lot of time setting up the system, and it looks like it may not work for us now, and I'll need to start shopping other providers. We are a veterinary medical office and all users need to be able to see the messages. This seems like a relatively simple feature. I am very surprised it isn't already in place, as the inexpensive phone providers with significantly less complex settings offer it.

The fact that this idea was shared over a year ago, does not give people confidence that you are actually considering or "reviewing this" nor do you really listen to your clients. This simple ability should be automatic. Vonage has this ability with ease and we've been using it there for over a year now.
