    We are new to RingCentral and had hopes that it would be more granular in an Enterpise deployment. The ability to hide or remove the fax icon for users who don't have fax functionality reduces the overhead that comes with users inquiring and when you have the right user inquire it becomes a nightmare of IT to support.
