This would be great for our sales reps! Currently, we have to send all voicemails to distribution list and users have to reply to the email to let others know that they're working on the voicemail.
It would be preferable to have a built in option within RingCentral that allows users to mark a voicemail in such a way to let other users know that someone is already addressing the voicemail.

This is an absolute must have. If our sales users accidentally collect credit card information without pausing the recording, then those credit card details are permanently saved in the RingSense cloud. This is a major concern for PCI DSS and really isn't optional. For legal reasons, we HAVE to be able to delete transcripts and recordings that contain sensitive personal information.

This is a big request from our Sales team. Since we switched to RingCentral, this has been a constant pain point for the team as well as our customers. It would be great if a user could "flag" a voicemail as being worked on with their name tied to it so other users can see that the voicemail is being addressed and who it is that's addressing it.
