Call queue shared voicemail
Ability to see if the Shared VM on the queue was already access or open by the other extension to refrain from calling them again.

With the shared VM, if I called a patient back, I delete the VM from my account but it remains on the group account. My partner in the group doesn't know I've already addressed the VM and duplicates the work I've already done. I'd like the ability to delete the VM from the entire group's list of VM. Right now, we're working harder, not smarter. I have to verbally tell her I've already addressed that VM.

This would be great for our sales reps! Currently, we have to send all voicemails to distribution list and users have to reply to the email to let others know that they're working on the voicemail.
It would be preferable to have a built in option within RingCentral that allows users to mark a voicemail in such a way to let other users know that someone is already addressing the voicemail.

I would very much like this to be pushed forward as we have clients actively requesting this feature. Maybe implement a toggle that you can turn on with the co-recipient settings that syncs read status with all co-recipients and displays who read it. I realize that may not be possible with how the backend is implemented, but hope you can find a way to implement this feature.
