    What he means: there should be a "call forwarding busy" option. When you are busy, a second incomming line should be routed to another extension/queue.

    When disableing Call Waiting, it doesn't follow "If no-one answers" but it goes to voicemail/busy signal. We want to setup a forward to another extension when an user is busy. Hitting DND while on a call is a workaround but to be honest, that's really not a solution.
