    I was so bummed when I found out this didn't exist. Seems so simple to execute but what do I know. If all members of my queue are marked as DND give me an option to have the system send it immediately to an external number, voicemail, etc. Instead of the admin having to go into the app and check forward all calls, the user(s) could simply mark when they are away (DND) and the system will automatically do something. PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS IDEA!
