    Automated outbound text and calls are much needed features for marketing purposes with a CRM, and it is bummer that you do not have these features

    Why is my caller id NAME not shown when recepients receive my calls and why is the field to enter the business name so short. Please get this feature working and make field bigger. Thanks

    It is very limiting to the utilization of your system not to have my cell phone carrier as an option to receive SMS notifications when a client tries to contact me from my marketing pieces or if i were to miss their phone calls.
