  1. This issue s for the MVP product. How to import more than 5,000 Contacts on the RingCentral Admin Portal for all the Users of the Account to have access to the Company directory? For each new entry, the Super Admin can just update it on the Web Portal and this should be automatically updated on the Softphones and Deskphones. For this to be possible, there should be an integration of the Admin Portal and The RingCentral Applications or for each account, there should be an access to the RingCentral Cloud for easy access,

  2. When out of the office on vacation, it would be helpful to be able to direct people to text/call others in the office since you may be out of the country

  3. Would be great when someone dials the general company line and for instance presses 1 for Sales vs. if someone dials your number or extension directly for the ringtones to be different. This way when receiving the call I can tell if it is a general sales lead calling the company or someone trying to reach me directly and answer the call accordingly.

  4. For Emergency address information, some customers rely on their own address data that it collects through the customer contract so the information that is collected through service-web is not needed.

  5. Managing the holiday hours for our locations requires us to manually enter in a custom answering rule for each company holiday for each location. For us that is over 600 manual entries and counting that need to be made each year. This could easily be eliminated by having a master holiday setting that could be applied to lines, queues, or ring groups in the account. Another way to accomplish this would be to have holiday call handling templates built-in. They could contain the most common holidays for each country with the ability to remove the ones that don't apply. The…

  7. as an admin. i can import a CSV of contacts and assign users to add this too. IE whole company. or a check lists user 1. user 2. user 3. etc.
