  1. Unblock Google App in the GUI of Yealink devices to allow customers to sync their Google directory

    With various models of Yealink devices, customers are unable to sync their Google directory from the devices' GUI. Steps to replicate :
    - log into GUI
    - Go to Directory
    - click on Google Contacts
    - Turn on Google Contacts
    - sign in using the code provided
    - Select a google account
    Result: error message that says this app is blocked by Google
    Google advised our customers that this happens when a third-party application does not comply with Google's security standards and the system prevents access to protect data

    Please could you unblock access to Google App in the web…

    We want to have the option to route the call from Main Company Number to an User Extension then to a 3rd party number without seconds delay.

    It may seems that this option might be helpful for seamless transaction rather than moving to a 3rd party company to complete this request.

  10. Ability to the retain the call even when the host left the conferencing across all platform.

    The customer only have the option to end the call for everyone or they can click to choose one of the other participants to kick off the call but they cannot leave their self to let the call continue without the host.

    Description:
    Requesting an enhancement to allow more flexible call forwarding behavior when one or more extensions in the forwarding list are set to Do Not Disturb (DND). Currently, if any of the extensions in the forwarding list are on DND, the call may be routed directly to voicemail, impacting the ability of other available users to receive the call.

    Proposed Feature:
    Introduce an option or logic within call handling settings that allows the system to bypass extensions that are on DND and continue ringing the remaining available extensions, instead of routing the call directly…

    we have paging devices set up. is it possible to have in coming calls ring on the paging device
    it doesn't need to receive the call, I just want to play a ringtone over the paging device when a call comes into a specific line. is that possible?

    Is there a way to prevent call transfers on our ringcentral deskphones?
    I have a need to prevent a single phone from being able to transfer calls in our out to other lines.
    - we want to be able to enable/disable internal and external call transfer from our devices
