This impacts our workflow tremendously as we solely communicate via phones prior to transferring calls or intraoffice communication. Staff are accustomed to knowing an incoming call versus co worker communication based on different tones. Now the tones are the same, so they are not aware if the call is from a coworker or outside line. This greatly impacts intraoffice communication and company efficiency.
