  1. If Beetexting is already added in the account the customer should have the option to turn off the regular SMS

    If the customer added Beetexting, the regular SMS duplicate the message, which is a normal behavior. But cx want to have the option in the settings to turn off duplicate SMS

  2. When a recipient opts out (e.g., texts “STOP”) on one number in a TCR campaign, RingCentral should automatically block messages to that recipient from all numbers in the campaign.

    Why it matters

    Recipients expect “STOP” to mean no more texts, regardless of which number the campaign uses.

    Avoids compliance risk and potential carrier issues.

    Saves customers from building custom suppression logic outside RingCentral.

  3. I have a suggestion for improving the text messaging feature. Could you please consider adding a setting that would automatically include the "Add opt-out" message in every text?

    Currently, we have to manually click a box each time to include it, and an automatic setting would streamline the process significantly.

  5. Allow sorting of "text message templates". We use them a lot and it would be amazing to have them sorted by category (either numerically or alphabetically) so as not to have to search down a long list of responses that are out of order. Please add this feature!!

  11. When sending a SMS the gray pop up for attaching something to the SMS will appear over the message causing parts of the message to be hidden.
    Request to have pop up icon go up instead of down to prevent it from hiding SMS content.

    A user who's an SMS recipient for a call queue number should be able to use the queue number as a caller ID for outbound SMS.

  14. App does not honor user role settings to prevent SMS company template creation

    We have a custom role applied to user to prevent them from adding company SMS templates but it still allows them to create via the texting interface.

  16. I would like to make a suggestion of a new feature to add to ring central. When entering a name to send a text it would be good to add a button to create a new contact if that person is not already in your contact list so you do not have to go to contacts and retype the name again to create a new contact.
