  7. Wanted to have the same behavior on the deskphone to the RingCentral Application. If the call is accepted on the deskphone there should be a call that must be showing on the Deskphone same for hold and transfer

  8. We service our customers on a simi annual basis and we lose the history of our SMS conversations with those customers every few months (it does not show up on the desktop app/mobile app). Currently, we have to start a "new" text conversation everytime we reach out to our customers because we do not know what was said during our previous converstion with them. It is VERY helpful to be able to see ALL of the communciation that we have had with that specific customer in the past! Please fix this.

  9. Dark mode in Teams/Windows causes some fields on the incoming call rules page (and other call handling pages) to be difficult to read due to font color. These settings are disabled on the admin side, so I believe they are supposed to be greyed out, but given the dark background, that shade of grey is hard to read.

  17. Hello, We would like to be able to turn off the fax feature on our mobile apps.We are encouraging all our employees to use the mobile app on their cell phones but we do not want them to have access to our clients medical records (they are usually sent by fax).
