  2. Wanted to have the same behavior on the deskphone to the RingCentral Application. If the call is accepted on the deskphone there should be a call that must be showing on the Deskphone same for hold and transfer

  3. When two people are on hold and I need to get a third perrson, I get an error message saying you have reached your limit for simultaneous calls. Meaning i cannot have two calls on hold and call another.EXAMPLE:A call comes into Assistant A for Agent A & B. Assistant puts the call on hold and grabs Agent A and when she tries to grab Agent B, she receives an error message below:Can you not have more than 2 calls on Mobile? Works perfectly fine on DESKTOP APP.

  4. Within the Admin Setting on the mobile app (with Admin permissions) There isn't an option to forward all calls on the main IVR/AA menu settings. You can do this if you go to the website on your mobile device, but if there is an urgent need and this feature is already preset there isn't any way to enable quickly. Custom Rules could work but still not ideal. Mimicking the same features on the mobile app would be great.

  5. I need ring central to pass the original caller id when transferring currently it passes the caller id from the agent that picked up the call meaning I can't track the calls outside of ring central.

  6. wanted to have a sound reminder that a call is on hold a customer said that when they place the call on hold they are doing other things and it is much better if there is a sound reminder that a call is on hold.

  7. When sending new text messages the option to select an outbound SMS number from the main number or the direct number is available. However, when there is a missed call and I opt to click the text option under the missed call it allows me to text the missed call number but no option to change sms outbound number it defaults to the direct line and we would like the option to default it to the company number or have the dropdown option.

  8. Hello, We would like to be able to turn off the fax feature on our mobile apps.We are encouraging all our employees to use the mobile app on their cell phones but we do not want them to have access to our clients medical records (they are usually sent by fax).

  12. Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

  14. When added to an outside-of-company group team as a guest and when I search for a name to call from the dial pad, it also shows the guest contacts from the said team. It would be helpful to only show company contacts instead of guests for easy search.

  20. With the current design flow for Glip presence, the DND status on RingCentral application will not change even after an admin toggle the user's DND status off in admin portal. This confuses our customers and administrators as they already have the impression that that user should show Available status, instead of getting stuck to DND. It would be a big help if the RingCentral App changes from DND mode to Available after an admin turns off DND from admin portal.
