  2. When added to an outside-of-company group team as a guest and when I search for a name to call from the dial pad, it also shows the guest contacts from the said team. It would be helpful to only show company contacts instead of guests for easy search.

There are scenarios of outbound calls in which, during the process of connecting to an external called party, the connection to receive either ringing or audio from the far-end system for whatever reason is not made so it defaults to playing the configured hold music/custom prompt of the RingCentral extension that is placing the call instead. This creates confusion with users that experience this behavior.   12. Dark mode in Teams/Windows causes some fields on the incoming call rules page (and other call handling pages) to be difficult to read due to font color. These settings are disabled on the admin side, so I believe they are supposed to be greyed out, but given the dark background, that shade of grey is hard to read.
