Permanent Customizable Tagging Setting in RingCentral
Although I am an employee of RingCentral, I must confess that there have been occasions when I have utilized our competitor's (Teams) messaging system. One feature that I particularly appreciate in Teams is the ability to automatically tag or notify individuals in text conversations, without the need to manually insert the @ symbol. In considering ways to enhance our own RingCentral application, it may be worthwhile to explore the implementation of a similar feature. Multiple extension will receive the message once they send a text message on the main company number

Setup a prompt where callers will be prompted to press a keep to prove that they are not ROBOCALLS
Right now, auto-receptionist has the option to set up a prompt that they will ask the caller to press any key to prove that they are not ROBOCALLS and customer would like to have the same feature-request on a user level. Blocking Robocall does not block them 100%.

Restore previous location of merge button
The latest update moved the merge button from the main screen to a location 3 clicks deep. Previous location was more convenient and intuitive. A possible idea/solution would also be to make the button placement customizable based on everyday use and business needs.

Mobile Data option for Android Auto
When Android Auto Wireless is in use the RC app does not send through audio and tries to route the call through Wifi when no internet connection is available since it is only using wifi for the connection to Android Auto. We don't want to use our cell phone number for the calls. Direct dial data has only wifi or mobile data, wifi or carrier minutes only. You should add an option for Mobile Data Only that way RC app would not think the wifi connection is an actual live internet connection and would not use it.

After Hours includes muting text notifications
Currently, "After Hours" only routes phone calls to voicemail; it would be helpful if it also included an option to silence text message notifications as well.

Keep SMS history indefinitely
We service our customers on a simi annual basis and we lose the history of our SMS conversations with those customers every few months (it does not show up on the desktop app/mobile app). Currently, we have to start a "new" text conversation everytime we reach out to our customers because we do not know what was said during our previous converstion with them. It is VERY helpful to be able to see ALL of the communciation that we have had with that specific customer in the past! Please fix this.

Cloud backup for SMS
SMS can be backup to a third party cloud system such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox and ect. This is for them to retrieve it just incase the system or accidentally deleted the SMS

Record calls with the actual screen of the user
There should be a feature that allows screen recording of the calls when calling from and receiving calls from RingCentral app

Ability to select multiple teams and move them in to folders
On the MVP application, having a team edit option that unlocks a checkbox for the teams and/or direct messages so that they can easily be selected and moved in to folders. Use cases: New team is added and you want to select all of the direct members at once and move them to a folder for easier organization. A new issue has come up and several new teams have been created, this would allow you to move all relevant chats to one folder. New manager needs to add all of their direct reports in to a folder.

Toggle Button on the App to Turn on and Off Devices
It would be helpful to have a capability on the app on which the device the call would ring to - between the app or the physical phone assigned to the extension. This is a lot easier instead of going to the admin portal.

Group Texts with Tmobile
We can create a group SMS and it will show as sent as a group text . However, when a Tmobile number replies to the sent SMS to the group, we receive the response in an individual conversation. We cannot currenly send goups texts to Tmobile users. This happens in RC Phone and the RC Web/desktop app. Please advise!

Uninstall all RC Apps
We found in RC's site a PowerShell script to uninstall all RC apps from our devices, however, we are experiencing some difficulties pushing the script with GPO and Intune. We would like some help from a RC engineer and provide us a better understanding of what we might be doing wrong and/or if such script is compatible or not with Intune and GPO.

Add option to set a time limit to automatically rejoin call queue after # minutes.
We have users that remove themselves from the call queue when they go on break, but then forget to put themselves back in. Even if we could select the time limit that they can take themselves out of queue, so that they would automatically go back in queue after 15 minutes. Select 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
