Group texting for U.S. Territory Numbers
We live in St John, U.S. Virgin Islands, which is a U.S. Terriroty. We are able to send individual text messages to USVI phone numbers but when we try to send group texts, it says we are unable to send group texts to an international number. Request to be able to send U.S. territory numbers group texts.

Linking Tasks
We often need to open tasks from inside of one team to another. It would be very useful if we could link tasks together. Even if there were a simple "Task ID" which could be linked via @ or # that would prevent us from having to go back and forth between teams to track our work progress.

Ungroup messages sent on a different timestamp
Each messages sent on a different timestamp are showing in the same thread or under one name/avatar of the sender. The customer is requesting to have an option to send messages separately because if the sender is sending a different thought with or without a little difference on timestamp, messages should be sent on a different thread or avatar.

MSI installer with Auto-Install Print to Fax
-admins can implement/deploy the RingCentral app and it would automatically install Print to Fax-currently, they have to click on Install to get the Print to Fax feature (settings > phone > Fax > Install for "Print to Fax")

Disable/Remove the Extension number when the users need to send a text message to another user internally.
Whenever the users are sending an SMS internally using the app and searching for the name of their co-users the extension number of their co-users is also showing so if the sender clicks the extension number it will route them to a different conversation. What we want is to make sure that for SMS if the users search for their co-user name then only the primary number will show. All SMS communications should be using the "Primary number" by default across all apps if it's possible.

Showing the whole contact details on the mobile app
When a contact name comes up on the screen when there's an incoming call, it scrolls across and sometimes it takes a while for the full name of the contact to". It should be better if we have a settings where the whole content of the contact name will appear on the screen instead of displays in a larger font and slowly scrolls from left to right.

Exporting the original Messages
It would be best to export the original or unedited messages in Data Extract rather than just the edited versions of the messages when exporting it from the Message Data Retention on the app
