  3. Currently, the RingCentral App allows multiple account sign-ins only when the accounts are not using Single Sign-On (SSO). If SSO is enabled for one or more accounts, users are unable to add and switch between them. This creates a limitation for users who need to manage multiple SSO-enabled accounts.

    Call Disposition Tagging & AI-Based Call Categorization


    Summary:

    Customer is requesting the ability to track and categorize calls more efficiently within their estimate queue. Specifically, they want a way to tag calls with predefined dispositions or use AI to automatically classify calls based on content.

  7. As advertised on https://www.ringcentral.com/us/en/blog/reduce-background-noise/, RingCentral uses AI, so it should not only work on recommended headsets. It should work, whatever headset is used, so that the system only picks up the primary voice.

  10. A great feature would be a popup when a customer calls us with any little notes about the customer. For instance, If I dialed a customer's number and they did not pick up, I create a little note about the caller that says, I tried calling ABC to make them pay their upgrade of $30. Please run the card if he calls back." That way other associates know how to serve the client.

  12. I believe in previous versions we could upload our own customized greetings. On version 25.4.2013.1236 Windows, (under Voicemail Greeting>Custom) it only allows you to record and download. You cannot upload a greeting. Please make this a feature to upload your own personal greeting.

  17. The requirement of a locally installed desktop plugin, or the full mobile app to leverage the Microsoft Teams inegration make what could be a very powerful option less practical. Having the ability to use the embedded Teams app free of any additional software would be an ideal experience! The desktop plugin requirement introduces application packaging and delivery requriements that are not necessary with the RC web app raising the question as to why they are required for the Teams integration.
