Outbound Caller ID options on deskphone pairing
Would like to have the option to choose the outbound caller ID on the RC App when the deskphone is paired | Deskphone Pairing Outbound Caller ID

We need this at our office! I change the caller id on the app, but then when I dial out with my deskphone, it does not update. The sales person made it seem like this would be easy and work as we wanted, but then they said we had to get headsets to call out from a different number. Then our headsets only work half the time. I want to be able to change the callerid on the app and have that number call out with my deskphone

This is a common feature with traditional PBX solutions. There are many customers who expect this as a standard feature.

This would be very helpful because people do still use physical phones and if the RC is targeting Mitel Connect customers, this will make them more competitive when repurposing Mitel handsets or getting new one, the customer may and provide similar feature parity allowing the customer to control their handset with the desktop app.

Yes please, this is a must! The workaround to log into the service web portal and set the deskphone caller ID is much to convoluted for an end user.
