AI notes for Conference calls
When users click the conference icon on the iphone app, and then click the the Start Conference button at the bottom, the AI Notes button right above the hang up key is totally grayed out and cannot be turned on

This feature is essential. Our firm frequently holds 3-way and 4-way conference calls with clients and staff, and without AI-generated notes for these calls, the feature does not serve its intended purpose for the most critical portions of our discussions.

I love the AI notes feature. However, my salespeople always add a consultant to the call (three-way call) once they get a prospect on the phone. Unfortunately, this terminates the AI notes feature which render it useless for the most important part of a call.

I have several customers where the use case is that a client calls into an agent, they add a 3rd leg (either due to an escalation or business requirement) and we no longer are capturing all of the information.
We need the ability for any call being captured by the AI Assistant to incorporate additional callers beyond just the 1st two.

Requesting to add the AI Notes feature for conference calls with 3 or more individuals and/or transcript of the call. We get AI Notes up to adding the 3rd caller & then notes stop once a 3rd person is added to the call.

• How will the feature help customer processes? It will help the customer take notes automatically between three or more parties.
• Who would benefit from it? RC users initiating the merged calls.
• How should it work? Taking notes automatically when calls are merged.
