  2. Speaker icon turns Blue when ON but the speaker icon when OFF is simply a white version of the same icon. It should be a speaker with an X next to it or through it when OFF so it can be better determined if speaker is active.

    This is regarding the Android RingCentral app. I don't know how it looks in the IOS app.

  3. We are transitioning our phones from RingCentral to Zoom, and several users would like the ability to export their chat history directly from RingCentral. Currently, the only workaround is for users to manually select all chat messages (CTRL + A) and copy-paste them into Notepad, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Providing a native export option for chat history would greatly improve the user experience during platform transitions.

It would be very convenient if there will be an option to download the files or documents sent through the RC app in Bulk since the current option to download the files in Workspace is one at a time. It will be difficult to download all of them especially if the stored files were accumulated for 5 years or more.

  7. The customer would like to customize their call recordings for documentation/organization purposes. For example, they would like a text field where they can label the call and recording according to their claim, so they can easily document and tag them.

    This is very helpful for tracking and simplifying tasks and provides efficiency.

  8. Ability to extract 1:1 messaging history between two specific users only, excluding all other messages and conversations not involving both selected participants.

    The Message Data Export tool currently allows the selection of an individual user’s messaging history. However, it exports all conversations that user has participated in, making it difficult to isolate and retrieve communication history between two specific individuals.

  10. Hello,

    I would like to suggest an improvement for the RingCentral mobile app on Android.
    Currently, when a second call comes in while you’re already on a call, the phone rings loudly, which can be disturbing both for the user and for the person on the line.

    It would be much better to have an option for a discreet beep notification, similar to how native Android calls or Microsoft Teams handle call waiting.
    This would allow users to be aware of an incoming call without interrupting or distracting from the current conversation.

Requesting the ability to permanently enable or turn on the “Opt-Out” message for SMS/Text within the RingCentral app. This feature would allow users to ensure that all outbound text messages automatically include the opt-out information, improving compliance with messaging regulations and reducing the need to manually add the opt-out message for each conversation.

  18. Requesting the addition of a Sign Out option for Message-Only Extensions within the RingCentral mobile app.

    We currently have a Message-Only Extension that I logged into using the RingCentral app on my Android smartphone. However, there is no available option to sign out from this extension, as the Sign Out button does not appear in the Profile Menu when using a Message-Only Extension, unlike with a regular user extension.
