  2. Allow a key press or any Command for Direct Voicemail Routing of a user extension. For example, I want to leave a voicemail to a user extension by using command on dial pad without dialing the extension and waiting for the call to get connected or be answered.

  4. We kindly request the consideration of expanding the current limitation of simultaneous device logins per extension from two to a range of five to ten authorized users. This enhancement would significantly improve the convenience and productivity of our development team, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows. By enabling a greater number of authorized devices to be connected concurrently, our developers would have the flexibility to seamlessly access and work on projects from various locations or devices, fostering a more dynamic and agile development environment.

  7. When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.

    Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.

  8. AI Notes is automatically turning off after logging back in

    Currently the data is stored locally. Local storage gets purged when user logs out. A future release will update the setting to persist across endpoints and login sessions.

Businesses have their own IT who manage the applications installed on the agent's devices, it will be easy if some settings on the RingCentral phone app. can be configured on the Super Admin side that will apply to all of the users, like turning off the product alerts which it is asking for users to download the new RingCentral desktop app. which they are avoiding for the agents to install unnecessary application that is not required for the business.

  13. The customer requested to disable the "send the call to voicemail" feature in the RingCentral app. Since the new feature reacts differently. After a recent update, the “Voicemail” button still sends the call to voicemail, but it plays the voicemail through your designated speakers.
