When we are accepting calls on RingCentral, - is there a way to do a Press 1 / 2 after the caller hangs up, to then that number pressed is stored in RingCentral?
For example, we do a phone call, the caller hangs up, we press the number 1 on our Dial Pad, and then is that dial pad press stored in RingCentral anywhere?
Or is there another way to Tag a call via the dialpad after a call ends?

RingCentral app Contact Status
We're considering adding a feature to display user status directly in the Contacts list, without the need to click on individual names. This would show statuses like "in a call," "in a meeting," "offline," "online," and "available to receive calls." We believe this could enhance user experience by providing quick, at-a-glance information about contact availability.

Delete just call logs instead of deleting the call recordings on the RingCentral App
Currently on the RC App, deleting the Call Log entry may delete the recording, and vice versa. Our customer would like to keep the call recording but would like to delete call history on the RC App.

Option to remove profile picture on RingCentral Application
I would like to revert my RingCentral application profile photo back to displaying my initials. However, it appears there is no option to remove the current photo, aside from uploading a new one to replace it.
It would be helpful and more convenient if there were a direct “Remove” option for the profile picture.

Apple Watch Integration
It's baffling to me that Ring Central doesn't have Apple Watch integration. Apple watches do not get ringing notifications on Apple Watches, which is extremely inconvenient because the actual iPhone doesn't make a noise when your Apple watch is connected. I miss many phone calls because my watch doesn't notify me when a call comes in. Please add notification integration to Apple Watches. It's 2025. All other apps have notifications pushed to Apple Watches...the massive company of Ring Central should have notifications integrated.

Split Window View in RingCentral Desktop App
We propose adding a split-window view to the desktop application, allowing users to access multiple features, such as texting and calling, within a single window.
We also recommend introducing distinct bubble notifications for texts and calls, making it easy to differentiate between the two.
These updates would streamline communication, reduce the need to toggle between functions, and improve overall efficiency.

Allow adding more than 3 accounts to RingCentral app
The current limit for adding multiple accounts to the RingCentral desktop app is 3. This limit should be increased to allow more than 3 accounts.
This will be useful for partners that are working projects for multiple RingCentral customers.

Allow Option For RingCentral App to Not Ring if There is a Scheduled Meeting on the Calendar
Customer can have different types of Calendar integrated to their RingCentral Application like Outlook or MS Teams.
We would like the option to allow customer to disable incoming calls when they have a meeting. They also want to make sure that incoming calls across all platforms are disabled while on a meeting (RingCentral Mobile App, Desktop App, and hardphone).

parked call to send a message to group
Customer would like to have the ability to send a message to the glip team instead of entering the names of the extension they want to send a message to notify there is a call parked in a specific park location.

IB calls to Mobile App need to show the calling number, not just the location they're calling from
We've tested repeatedly and have been unable to make the calling number appear on the IB call screen on the mobile app. All inbound calls seem to only show the location that the number is calling from, and the user needs to review their call history or check the call details while on the call to see the calling number (ANI). Customer in this case would like the ANI to display with the caller ID so they know who's calling.

Option for Super Admins to configure the Auto-Receptionist in the RingCentral app.
It will be beneficial to have the option of configuring the Auto-receptionist setup like changing where the call will be routed to in the RingCentral app and not just the admin portal for the Super Admins of the account.
