  1. Include the Poly Voyager 4320 headset to the RingCentrals's recommended headset as it doesn't recognize on the RingCentral app and most of the Users are using this type of model in Poly. I think it's time to expand the supported headsets and update the support site:

  2. I wanted to make sure that the customer and the other user is properly connected before I leave the call. Currently, when using the app, after I merged the call I cannot leave the line because all the line will get disconnected.

    Please consider feature enhancement, Complete Transfer after merged calls.

  3. Enable Merge calls when Deskphone Pairing is enabled

    The customer is requesting the ability to use the Merge Call feature while Deskphone Pairing is enabled. Currently, it appears that this functionality is unavailable or limited when the deskphone is paired with the RingCentral app.

Unlike RingCentral Meeting, RingCentral Video (desktop version) can't display upcoming, scheduled meetings in the app without having configured the calendar integration with an external mail server (Exchange, Google Workspace or whatever...) This prevents the app to display the upcoming RCV meeting in case the calendar integration is not possible

  6. an option you can enable on the backend to allow us to show or hide the Workflows and Workspace tabs in the role settings? I know this can be done on a per-account basis by hiding the options below the "More" button, but I am looking for a role-based setting.

  8. Customer would like to have the "Always on Top" feature with RC desktop app for text messaging. Currently the "always on top" feature is only available with RC desktop app dial pad. The customer is having challenges with the text messaging notiication with the current RC desktop app

  15. Is there a way to prevent the dial pad from popping out of the Ring Central App when making a call? I would rather it stay in the Ring Central app and not pop out into it's own little window.

  16. Plantronics Hub was retired by HP/Poly. Going forward we need to be able to use Poly Lens for our Poly headsets when using the RingCentral app on PC. Eventually our Poly headsets will not work correctly and we are already using a Band-Aid with unsupported software to make our headsets work with RingCentral. Using these headsets with the HID option doesn't work properly (headset buttons don't work properly), so we will definitely need the Poly Lens route soon.

  17. We are transitioning our phones from RingCentral to Zoom, and several users would like the ability to export their chat history directly from RingCentral. Currently, the only workaround is for users to manually select all chat messages (CTRL + A) and copy-paste them into Notepad, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Providing a native export option for chat history would greatly improve the user experience during platform transitions.

  18. The size of the app is rather large. When you update the app version, the system keeps the previous version of the app which adds to the issue. Would like the system to automatically uninstall the old version of the app or override the old version so there are not multiple instances.
