Option to Disable Account Validation
At the moment, account validation is mandatory, which requires a user to complete an authentication process when signing in to a new device for the first time. We would like to have an option to disable this feature.

If you want RingCentral to be a better company than the lame companies of Google and Microsoft. Please add this option to the admin portal settings. It is not fair to the system / security / network administrator of an organization to not able to set the proper security policies for their internal users and organization.
