  2. As a small business we have two extensions, each with their own contacts list. The lists are exclusive and not shareable or mergeable. We need one main contacts directory only and would love this option.

  5. I love the after hours feature for phone calls but it would also be super helpful if there was an after hours text option. So if a customer texts you after hours, they get a autoresponse saying your office is closed, ect.

  6. Currently calls that are made directly to an extension still rings the 1st forwarding phone of the extension although the user is already engaged in a call. We need to have a feature to disable it, if the user extension is already engaged in a call, the next call should not ring the phone and it should divert to the next available forwarding phone.

At work probably 1 in 20 calls on my phone is actually for me.I'm in a call group called Support and I only answer those if they ring for 1 minute or more (as that amount of time means the support team are busy).As the majority of calls that ring on my phone are for support, when I'm engrossed in work and the phone rings, I don't even look at the phone screen unless it's rung for a minute or more, but by doing that, I miss internal/direct dial calls to my phone where people hang up after 10-15 seconds.It…

  12. I'm a lawyer. I need to print my text conversations. Please add this feature. It is difficult for me to have to take screenshots of my conversations on a text with a client. Why not a feature where you click on a box next to a text or texts, then copy to clipboard or print or export to Word. It's that simple. I need this feature done please.

  13. We are a business and we have had some issues with people texting our main line. We would like to disable SMS messaging to our main line and some extensions. We would still like the options of sending SMSs in the future so we don't want to disable it permanently. The other thing that would be really helpful is if there was an automatic outgoing message to anyone who sends us an SMS. This will insure that people will know they can't text us but still provides our business information for those looking.

  14. All manner of business is being conducted via SMS. As a lawyer, I often have to go back and show what the conversation was, what was actually said. Others also have this need. ParticularThe information is already there and available. All that is needed is a "copy" button that will copy the conversation so that it can be pasted into a wordprocessor for saving.   15. Having a different ring when a call comes directly to their phone, vs when it is comes through the mainline number that has a call que set up to go to multiple different people? (i.e. if someone were to call my direct line or my extension directly as opposed to calling the main business number that has a call que set for it to ring to four different people until someone answers it so that we would by the different type of ring?

  17. I have a bunch of contacts and it would be great if I could send specific texts to specific people all at once. Right now I have to add everyone individually. Ideally if there was an automation to select the groups and send out automate texts at specific intervals, it would take away all the manual work.
