Share Common Business Contacts (Like Customers) In A Company Wide Directory

I need to be able to create new contacts that can be shared company wide, on a daily basis. Right now the only option is to do a max upload. However, as a sales company, we have new leads that call in every day. We need to be able to create new contacts and share company wide.
