Enable syncing of contact/address book across all users
Allow the the super admin to sync their contacts to the other users to create a universal contact/address book for the company

Customer wants to have an access to have her contact list be shared or automatically be uploaded on other extension

AT&T Native Dialer will require the use of a Corporate Directory, as opposed to how contacts are administered today (on a user basis).

Customers would like to simply and centrally manage a list of non-RC contacts for RC users that are accessible to their entire organization. For example, adding a contact for their 3rd party HR service, payroll service, hotlines, and more.
