Companies have a lot of shared contacts that are needed for their businesses to run.As of right now, the importing of contacts can only be done at the individual User level. As a Super Admin and the Primary service technician of the phone system for many customers, They are looking for me to "Just get it done" and do not want to be bothered doing it themselves. This causes issues when I have to go and log into each of the user's accounts to upload the CSV file.Having a central Directory that I, as the Super Admin, can upload these to and/or having the ability to upload them to the users from the Super Admin account would alleviate some of the burden.

MAJOR WASTE OF TIME TO HAND ENTER CONTACTS

I want to be able to upload list of contacts in an extension and all users should be able to access it

There needs to be a feature where we can sync contacts between users.

This directory should:
- Be accessible on physical and softphones
- Have CSV upload capability
- Allow users to add contacts to a central location on system so all users can access
Link to both applications and physical phones

Customer wants to have an access to have her contact list be shared or automatically be uploaded on other extension

AT&T Native Dialer will require the use of a Corporate Directory, as opposed to how contacts are administered today (on a user basis).

Customers would like to simply and centrally manage a list of non-RC contacts for RC users that are accessible to their entire organization. For example, adding a contact for their 3rd party HR service, payroll service, hotlines, and more.
