RingCX Custom call routing on IVR for a specific date
This feature allow customers to be able to set bank holidays/Public Holidays (specific date/ specific date range) in advance on their IVR so there is different routings / greetings in place for those specific periods.
This is a similar feature to custom rules in RingEX platform.

I found it a bit similar to this request for a calendar feature separate from queues and that can be tight to either an IVR, queues, cloud profiles... (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958493-phone-messaging/suggestions/48039698-calendar-for-holidays).
This request have been made by Henner during a RingCX POC. Henner is already a EUR 219 846 ARR customer with Engage Digital with long term risk of churn if we don't comply to their POC feedback.
