Transferring calls to RingEX Extensions via corporate directory
To enable the ability to transfer calls via the corporate directory using RingEX extension numbers instead of typing the user's name and selecting it from the list.
Currently, the system does not recognize extension numbers when attempting to transfer a call. It only displays results when typing the name of the user or agent.

At our credit union, we are pretty split with some employees working on the REX system and others working on the RCX system. For 10+ years, employees were used to simply dialing a 4-digit ext to get to a specific department, branch, or person. While we understand that we can simply search for a department/branch/individuals name to make or transfer a call, there is a lot of "muscle" memory there for the 4-digit extensions. It would be extremely beneficial for out company if from either the RCX OR REX side, that 4-digit ext could be used in the same manner as with out previous systems.
