RingCX needs to display inbound callerID for calls coming into our Voice Queues.
Currently, all inbound calls to our RingCX Queues will only show the callerID as, "UNKNOWN."
Meanwhile, callerID works just fine for all inbound calls coming into RingEX.
This function needs to exist so that our Agents can better identify our customers as the call in.

This is a basic feature in the Genesys phone system. Switching has been a colossal letdown for Call Center. We need these basic features.

Please consider supporting this basic feature for agents. As we take external calls constantly, this is a necessary part of our jobs.

This function is pretty important for us agents so we can identify our customers as they call in.. and since this is a "Phone System" I would like to think that this feature is a given and available for everyone via RingCX and RingEX but apparently not. Having this added would be amazing.
