Automatically join the video Meeting when clicking meeting invite
Hello, This is more of a suggestion for future releases of RingCentral Video as the application is working as expected now. Video is frustrating a lot of our users and many have stopped using Video and switched to Teams. This is due to how RingCentral responds when clicking on the meeting link from email invites.The meeting webpage loads as expected and the browser is set to open the application by default. The application does join the meeting, yet the webpage changes the screen to join meeting. Many users join both on the webpage and the application and creates countless issues.…

Option to prevent participants to rejoin (kicked participants)
I'm a new employee of RingCentral and I saw something we can make changes or improve when we or our clients are using our RingCentral Video. We all know that there are times when our meeting links have been compromised. Someone not from our organization or company was able to obtain an invite link to join our RingCentral Video/Meeting. Elapsed timer on RCV is not yet available

Set the default virtual background for all users in an organization
We would like to be able to set a default background option for all users (or selected users) in our organization.Our team of call center users is continually changing with users being added or deleted from the organization. The new users almost always forget to set their virtual background to blurred or an approved background.We need to be able to go into the Administration Portal and select a group of users and set their default virtual background as blurred (or any image that we choose).Is this possible?

Status time on MVP
We would like to have view how long someone's status for example away for 10 minutes. It would be nice for managers and supervises. This is for users that are not in MaxAgent. This is preventing us from moving to MS Teams.

Have calls transferred from the Bridge Operator Console show the original caller ID instead of the transferee in RC call logs
When calls are transferred from the Bridge operator console, the user taking the call will see the caller ID of the original call, but in the RC call log, it will show the caller being the person who transferred the call

Numbers to indicate the order in which hands were raised
When multiple people raise their hands, the hands should be numbered by the order in which people raised their hands. This allows a presenter to answer questions in the order in which people raise their hands.

Ability to Join RCM Links using RCV
We have set up a lot of meetings ahead of time using RCM, and now that we're migrating to RCV, we are unable to join existing RCM Links using RCV. We can do this at the moment but once migration is complete, all existing scheduled RCM meetings won't be usable anymore. A feature that would be able to toggle between the two meeting platform will really help us once migration is completed.

Assign a RingCentral Video meeting participant the host role DURING the meeting
When meetings are already in progress, sometimes a host needs to assign another individual in the meeting the host role. A new host may want to put participants into breakout rooms for small group discussion, the original host may need to drop out of the meeting for confidentiality reasons and will need to assign a new host so the new host can mute/unmute participants, manage a waiting room, etc.

Ringcentral Video Multiple Recording in 1 Meeting Session.
RC video ,there is no option t record multiple times in one meeting. You are limited to 1 recording. We speak to multiple applicants in an hour and we need to have separate recordings for each under one meeting link.

Alert host when attendee joins meeting before host.
Zoom does this and so does RCM. Send the host an email (alternate alert methods could also be nice: pop-up in app, text message) anytime a participant joins their call before they have. If the host is running late it is very helpful to know if and how long your participants have been waiting, since some partic join late themselves, or skip calls.Currently, if an attendee joins and drops before host join, host has no way of knowing this if not told.
