Replay Option For Ongoing Webinar
I joined a webinar today which was a very good session however I missed 15 minutes of the webinar and I badly want to watch the part that I missed right away because I believe those are very important parts, however, we do not have the feature that will allow us to somehow replay the part that is already done in webinar realtime.

Auto-hide old chats
Can we please get a setting in RingCentral to hide any chat over X amount of days automatically? Would love to set it to let's say a week, any old chats to be hidden automatically, otherwise my chat list is impossible to navigate.Thanks!

Better Integration With Audio Devices
I have a Poly Sync 20-M (the Teams version), and other video conferencing apps that I use (Teams, Zoom, etc.) will sync the mute button on the speaker with the mute control in the app. So if I press the mute button in the app with my mouse, the speaker turns red and the mute indicator lights. If I then push the mute button on the speaker, it will turn off mute in the meeting app.

3/4 digit conference number
Creating a conference room with 3/4 digits would be awesome. Internal only to start and have the ability to add a line for external users to connect. Dialing a long distance number with a complicated code is too much for a bunch of people to connect to a conference.Having moved over from Asterisk - I miss this feature.

Lower participant's hand when they start talking
One of the better features of other services for teamwork is hand raising and lowering. In Zoom it automatically lowers the hand of a given participlant once they begin talking, making the meeting flow very well and automatically, rather than having to lower the hands manually.

Save whiteboard items set up prior to call
I use the whiteboard feature to host workshops. It would be nice if I could dial into the call days before the meeting to set up visuals on the whiteboard and have those visuals saved so they are there when the call happens vs I currently have to log into the call early to set the board up and stay on the call or the whiteboard gets erased. I also sometimes forget to push the record button and then the whiteboard doesn't get saved for me to go back and review after the meeting. It would be nice if the…

RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page
In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. Allow users to add contacts via person's Ring Central profile name, in addition to adding contacts via email.
