Add meeting history for recent meetings
Having recent meeting IDs in the very helpful for meetings that occur regularly. The old app had the last 5 or so meeting IDs available in the drop down, and that would be good to bring back.

Ring Central Desktop App should work with Outlook for Scheduling
For whatever reason RC is phasing out the Ring Central video and using the desktop app directly. This is great however, users cannot see their scheduled meeting without having connected Google or MS O365. What about On-prem users? We do not have MS accounts. Now users cannot see their scheduled meetings. This should be an easy fix as when you do schedule a meeting, the software does open Outlook to send the invite.

Make it easier to join meeting in browser for non-subscribers
We are losing business because our clients can't figure out how to join RC meetings without downloading and installing the client and registering for an account. When they click on a meeting link, please STOP automatically starting to download the client for them, and please make the "Join meeting in browser" option BIG and EASY TO FIND. Right now if they click "Join meeting" it doesn't join them - it starts downloading the client again, and they just get mad and tell us to use Zoom instead.

Manage Branding - customize url, logos, backgrounds, watermarks in Meetings, Invitations
As a user paid commercial white label of Zoom we expect RC to offer the same features at a minimum. Currently branding is only supported in a limited way in webinars at RC. What we need is at LEAST the same features Zoom supports. Allow special characters in user last name field
We would like to be able to show our pronouns next to our last name, but the field doesn't allow special characters in the name field. Please either add a new field for pronouns, that would show next to the name in the RingCentral Meetings app, or allow special characters in the last name field.

Feature request: setting timers for polling questions to automatically launch at specified intervals and/or specified times within a meeting. RingCentral Meetings Uninstall .pkg MAC
I've tried using JAMF to uninstall "RingCentral Meetings" (being deprecated) however running the "RingCentral Meetings" .pkg in "Uninstall" mode after Indexing with JAMF does not uninstall the program... this means that I will have to manually go one-by-one and uninstall the deprecated software from users machines with an admin password by dragging to the trashRingCentral really needs to provide a Mac uninstall .pkg that can be deployed to machines using MDM .pkg's ASAPI already have all of the new deployment setup for the "RingCentral App" (and has been deployed) however there is no way to easily force the uninstall of…

Please provide a way to link a RC Meeting to a Calendly appointment. Zoom provides this already.
Zoom already has a link to Calendly so that clients have the option to set up a Zoom meeting. It is time consuming and confusing for all parties to have to reconnect with clients to give them RC meeting details after they have set up a meeting in Calendly.

Proxy edit for scheduled meetings
Enable editing a scheduled meeting for someone.As a proxy, we should be able to have access to edit a scheduled meeting which we created on behalf of someone should the meeting have a change in time or date rather than get the person we scheduled the meeting for to do the amendments.

Revise the Side-by-side option to allow Viewing of two shared screens
Use Case: As a trainer, we have two participants sharing their screens, following training instructions. Trainer wants to watch both participants enter the information simultaneously. Had hoped that the side-by-side option allowed viewing of both shared screens simultaneously. Currently, all that can be viewed using the side-by-side option is one shared screen and the participants. As per the community support response, the only recourse is to activate multiple shared screens and toggle between the shared screens.

Recording Thumbnail Video of Panelists/Presenter Stream for Webinar Playback
The video recording is just as (if not more) important as the webinar itself. This gets distributed to attendees and posted on video outlets such as YouTube and Vimeo, so being able to provide the same caliber of media as the original webinar is absolutely necessary.That being said, the video stream of the panelists/presenters speaking needs to be captured within the recording as well, which is currently not possible. Add option to create a Task with a webhook
We can already add Posts using a web hook, but the ability to create a Task say from a web form submission, or an incoming email would improve workflow and make the Ring Central App much more useful.

Free test link available to RingCentral Meetings or Video call guests in advance of scheduled calls
Providing a url for guests of video calls to test the meeting from a browser without having to download the client AND in advance of a call. This is different to the feature where they can test their audio and camera function as they join the call. Ability to disable built in feature of video movement
3 of us were on a video chat. we were all off mute. when someone speaks their video picture highlights in blue and becomes a bit bigger. we want to turn off that feature so that the video pictures remain static. We were getting sick with the constant movement of the videos. We want the ability to turn off that built in feature.

Reoccurring meeting with different password/pin
We would like to setup a reoccurring weekly meeting starting at the same time each week with a different password/pin each week if possible opposed to current setup which sets same password for each reoccurring meeting.
