Moderator Mute lock control
Sometime we like to keep guest muted when they aren't allowed to talk during meetings. Even when they try to unmute themselves maybe have them ask to be unmuted.

Add someone to a meeting via extension or video call
Would be nice to just video call or search someone's extension inside a video meeting to add them instead of having to send a link.

After a meeting expires, having a followup button, that allows to send an email to everyone on the meeting, or a follow up cal invite, or start a glip group

Allow Chat and Participants box to be separated from RC Video App, moved to any other screen
Allow the chat or participants box to be disconnected from the main app window and moved by itself, minimized, closed, etc.

"Persistent Banners" showing title/company/name
Would be a great enterprise feature allowing users and guests to have their name, title and company appear as a banner at the bottom of their video. Great when meeting new clients. You can stay focused on the video instead of looking around for their name or looking up their title/company on LinkedIn or other platforms.

Don't have RingCentral Video screen show up on every virtual desktop (MacOS)
The expectation of being able to have the RingCentral Video screen on one desktop and being able to switch to another one quickly to refer to something else is lost as a result of the window showing up on every virtual desktop (when not in full screen). This is not desirable and should be considered a bug, IMHO.

Allow Participants to share only their Audio if they choose to
Zoom allows this and other platforms as well and would make things go easier for some meetings.

When sharing a remote users' desktop, allow me to copy a file to their desktop
Allow a user to copy a file to a remote users' desktop during a sharing session. Appropriate permissions should be requested/apply, but if I am in a situation where I am providing support to a client and need to update software on their computer, this feature would make it really easy for me to update or add the necessary to get their system working again.

Allow to set voice controls while in Waiting Room
While waiting for a Host to start the meeting in a waiting room, you could set voice features to allow multi-tasking while waiting.

Mute Participant by Clicking on Gallery
Rather than going to the participant window to mute, it would be nice to select to mute someone by clicking their icon/photo in the gallery.

RCV Compatibility with Owl Labs all-in-one Mic/Camera/Speaker
The OWL Labs product aligns with the future removal of the clunk around conferencing equipment. It is compatible with Zoom and RC Meetings, but it does not seem to yet be compatible with RCV. I would offer that it that joining the other top industry platforms in making RCV compatible with the OWL would generate further adoption of the RCV platform.

I would like to be able to keep records of all meeting participants on calls which manually is a big chore with up to 60 people on the call.

Call Queue After Hours - Rotating schedule
We currently have a single team member that is on call for after hours. I (as the call queue manager) have to manually change this each week to go to the new scheduled associate's extension.It would be great to be able to set a rotating schedule using primary members with the ability to add "overrides" as needed for members that are on leave.
