Share screen without audio.
My coworker and I noticed that when he shares his screen while we are on a call already the screen sharing comes in and starts the audio on my desktop or headset. This creates a double voice effect. We can leave the computer audio to fix but it would be nice to only share screen.

Video Meeting Cross Compatible
I believe that video meetings should be joinable from both Ring Central app and Zoom. it looks like both services use the same API. it would be great to start a meeting from the ring central app for a client who doesn't have the service to be able to join from the zoom app.

Move chat and participant pop ups out of the main RC window
If chat or participant pop ups are open it covers other participants and shared screen. Allowing to move pop ups out side of main RC window allows one to leave these open.

Request Screen Control for host when invite sent from delegate
I plan meetings for my team and will send invites on their behalf. Customer will share their screen, but my teammate, even though I sent invite from their profile, does not allow them to request control.

Provide full screen viewing of shared screen
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. Moderator able to assist technically challenged member
Be able to assist a member or video caller to select/troubleshoot their settings so they may be able to hear/see the meeting.

Hybrid support - Use location awareness to change settings and audio/video devices
When you are home or in the office as Hybrid workers often are we have to manually change audio and video devices.Let users set Office profile and Home profile, etc to set default audio/video devices for each location. Prevents joining meetings with wrong audio selected.MVP knows your location and adjusts emergency call based on it so this can fit along with that setting.

Formatting capabilities while taking MEETING NOTES
If users are given the ability to format their text similar to how they do it on any Microsoft application the notes could be used in other contexts much more easily. Currently the formatting options are too limited - users can't choose a font type, font size, color, alignment, numbering, inserting pictures / screenshots etc.

Merge separate audio call with user
If a user joins the audio by phone, the moderator should be able to merge that phone number with the correct participant instead of seeing it as 2 participants (1 participant and 1 phone number)

Bring back the OLD Video Meetings features back
Here are ongoing problems with the new Video Meetings. The following features were in the OLD Meeting program and are necessary for us to function: When a caller to the meeting calls in by Telephone only (no computer) their name shows up as the caller ID on their phone. Not the phone number as before. When my name shows up it is S Winning. As an anonymous organization we do not use last names and it is impossible to rename the caller to the name Steve W. Allow Audio-Only Mode for Low-Bandwidth Situations
There are moments during a video-call in MVP where the participant may want to, not only, turn its camera off but all video off in order to save the call.Right now one can only turn its only video off. To enable Audio-Only calls, one needs to turn off and connect through the bridge, that breakes the UX.

Automatically create a group based on meeting participants
Oftentimes we'll be in a video meeting where we're discussing a topic and it becomes apparent that we need to create a team to continue the conversation. It would be great to have a button to automatically create a team based on meeting participants vs adding one by one

Attach signature for clipboard
Would be nice if user could send an e-signature to be pasted by clipboard by conference adminster to sign documents remotely.

Resizable filmstrip in filmstrip view
I think the previous version of RingCentral had a resizable filmstrip and I want to be able to change the size of the strip across the top in order to see faces more clearly on a high-resolution screen.

Mute/unmute using Hotkeys while on a meeting
It is useful for users that are using Laptop/Desktop during meetings.The idea is during a meeting, you can mute/unmute yourself using a hot key in the keyboard like the spacebar. This will enhance your response time specially when you are going to unmute yourself to be able to speak.I thought of this during our training and it gives me a delay somehow to unmute because I will use my mouse and then move the cursor to click on the unmute button.
