Add Speaking tab in participants list to easily identify who is speaking
rather than having to mute all, having a quick way to identify and mute a single participant will be much quicker if it was sorted by who was speaking.Currently when someone is speaking, their participants tile reacts, and this is not the easiest way to identify who is speaking, especially if it is a larger meeting. Adding a filter in the participants list to only show who is speaking would make it so you don't have to rely on mute all. Many participants have quality headsets that don't cause any noise disruption and might not notice if they were accidentally…

When in Gallery mode, the individual boxes grow and shrink in size as people speak. This looks terrible and is very distracting.

Able to Share iPad Screen from MacBook Pro
In Zoom, you can share your iPad screen directly from the Share button on your Macbook Pro through screen mirroring. This is highly beneficial for presenting during training rather than having to join with two devices.

A way to refresh a shared screen if it gets corrupted when displayed
We have experienced many screensharing sessions where the host's screen becomes corrupted when viewed on a participant's RCVideo application window. We've found no way to get the host's shared screen to display properly by resizing/refreshing/moving the participant window. Having a button or option to refresh the host screen for participants would be really useful.

Rearrange video windows around on screen
It'd be helpful to be able to rearrange windows on a meeting screen. I like to have my window low or off to the side and have key peoples' windows near the top as it appear more natural to look at the top of the screen (where the camera sits on top of my monitor) rather than looking down in the bottom corner or whatever.

Interconnectivity
able to communicate with other company that has ringcentral as their internal communications, it would be cool if companies can control the phone numbers that they want to be exposed and use as external communications for other ringcentral app users even outside their organizations, gives every user the benefit of getting their contact persons number by just providing them the glip link, or maybe a qr code as their business cards. ability to share private content and restricting it to be shared. able to provide customers and replacing the directories that we use nowadays and instead they will just go…

Auto turn off participants video and audio after certain time if participant has not spoken
At times participants unmute themselves and also show themselves on the video when they are actively speaking and participating. After that it is possible that they may not even speak for a long time but they forget to mute themselves and we hear some weird audio from their backgrounds and that can cause interuptions or some fun situations and then someone has to ask them to mute themselves. If there is a setting to auto-mute participants if they have not spoken for 1-2 minutes (Configurable?) that will prevent such situations and a message or some other graphics can be shown on…

User's Selected Installation Path
For tech-savvy users, it is important to keep files accordingly. For example, many users would prefer to keep C: drive as spacious as possible with all of their apps (excluding system apps) to be on another drive. This also helps the users to have clean and systematic files hierarchy throughout their systems—just as how people would organize their drawers by grouping together similar folders.

While in a meeting, show duration of the meeting
When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not.
