Make calls while in video
I am learning sales and have a coach. however they and I are both remote. I would love to be in a video conferance with them and be able to make my cold calls so he can listen in. Thank you

Raised Hand Button
During Q&A Sessions, it would be great if there were a button that would notify the presenter who has a question and when. That way there is no confusion and it will help the presenter address as many people who have questions as they can.

Allow the ability to disable feedback request after meeting.This should be account wide and/or per user. CEO's do not want to dismiss that every day. Some customers won't want their users to see it at all.

If I'm supposed to be in a meeting right now, put a "Join Meeting" button at the top of the list, so I don't have to scroll down the age...
...nda view to find it. When the chime sound goes off because a meeting is starting, I need a way to more quickly join this meeting.

Create an existing meeting without having to specify day/time for the recurrence
It is so helpful to be able to create a meeting that doesn't have a specified day/time when the meeting occurs weekly but at different times.

To add options for white board of width of the pen or pencil and also color options
It would be nice to have options for width of the pen or pencil on the white board. Also to be able to choose different colors as well.

Option for users to set avatar to be used instead of video
Very frequently it is not necessary to use video in meeting, but it would be good for users to have option to set avatar - picture that would be dislpayed instead of video.

Call person from meeting
Some people, especially elderly or disabled folks or people living with no internet do not have the ability to use the video option, and for one reason or another cannot use the call in information either. It would be wonderful for me to be able to be able to call them from the meeting rather than have them try to call into the meeting.

Add "Blur background" as an option to RCM/RCV virtual background
Many users are requesting the option to blur their background in RCV/RCM rather than having to use a virtual image.

Add Option to Allow RCV Meeting Window to Float on Top
When in a video meeting with the RCV video meeting desktop application window open, an option to keep the window in "float on top" mode would help with multi-tasking during a meeting. For macOS, could be integrated into top options toolbar under the application name (RingCentral) or View menu. For Windows, possibly an in-meeting control.

Global Setting for Anyone in Meeting in the Organization to Record it
Right now only the person whose meeting ID it is can record but what happens if I am out of the office or late to the meeting. There should be a global setting to allow someone to set their meeting ID to allow only in the organization to record the meeting.

View upcoming meetings in Meetings View
Currently, upcoming meetings are not displayed in Meetings View (unless you connect your calendar). Seeing meetings in Meeting View would support a better experience and help to mitigate risk with scheduling.
