One click switch to audio only mode
E.g.I have a meeting going on on my laptop and on my phone but I am using phone for audio only and using laptop screen for video.May be this feature exist but when I also connect on my phone when the meeting is on on my laptop, if there is an option to only connect to audio, that will be great. In any case, I am not looking at my phone for video and it also gives me mobility in case I need to move around with phone.Probably this also saves the bandwidth on my phone by not tyrning on…

Mute other Participants
When in a meeting with a mix of remote participants and ones in the same room, You end up hearing an echo when anyone in the same room speaks(once through the air, and then after a slight delay through the meeting). Please add the ability for individual attendees to mute others.

Share screen without audio.
My coworker and I noticed that when he shares his screen while we are on a call already the screen sharing comes in and starts the audio on my desktop or headset. This creates a double voice effect. We can leave the computer audio to fix but it would be nice to only share screen.

Add a call log for a video meeting
Attendance of Participants on RingCentral video meeting whether they call in or use video. The names of the participants do not currently show on the video recording that is viewed by participants unable to make the meeting.

Adding Recurring Activity (Meeting, Coaching, etc.)
Currently, I am manually adding weekly meetings, bi-weekly QA coaching in RC and it's taking so much time to do this because I have to put a reminder on my calendar to make sure that these are being coded appropriately and timely. I am wondering if there is a way to add a feature like recurring meeting (weekly, bi weekly) like MS Teams when setting up recurring meeting that you can set if it's bi-weekly, daily, monthly and days and end date available.

Please add tan and brown as options for hands and people emojis. There are only whites available and that's a huge oversight.

Update your help and support to reflect the current version
My video is mirrored in RingCentral. That needs to be fixed. According to your help and support files, there should be a setting for that. There IS NO SETTING IN THE APP. Yes, I updated, No it is not there. FIX YOUR HELP SCREEN OR FIX THE APP. Either one. Thank you.

To do meeting and receive phone call at the same time
We do a lot of meetings and it would be great if can answer a call and still be on the meeting at the same time.At this moment if we answer a call while on a meeting, it will either disconnect or hold the meeting session.It is important to us to make sure all calls are answered(important calls) and not to missed anything from the meeting session.

Be able to zoom in on presenters screen
If a presenter has a large or wide screen, then it make everything too small to see. We need a feature to zoom in especially if it's a support type call.

Participants entering and leaving
It would be useful if the observer can mute the beeping sound of the participants from entering and leaving the meeting. It’s very distracting!! and during the meeting I can’t mute it. Can you have a section on the window on the left side of the participants drop down?

Schedule re-occurring audio conferences
I have moved recently to your service, we have an end of day call for each person in our team. This is an audio conference. that talkes place every day monday to friday. Scheduling an indiviual meeting for every day for the resy of the year just is not going to work

bug in the "quote" button
If you type a message first, and then press "quote", everything you typed is deleted.This behavior is not present in telegram or WhatsApp.I believe that everything typed should not be deleted by pressing the "quote" button.
